Learning About Cryptocurrency
For several years, I have been following the rise of blockchain currency, or cryptocurrency, or whatever the kids are calling it these days. I’m not an investor or financial expert, but recently I’ve been studying how things work, focusing on the current big players: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin. Also, IOTA looks good.
Lol, I don’t have an official strategy. Just dive in and learn as much as possible. I’ve subscribed to some RSS feeds and follow things on various social media channels. Ultimately, my goal is to learn how blockchain works, get savvy with cryptocurrency, and share my experience with others.
Why? Because I see the inevitable rise and mass adoption of digital currency as a reality. It’s just a matter of time. Just like digital books, music, movies, games, and everything else: it’s all going to be digital, and sooner than later.
Play it safe
At first, I am exploring the basics: trading services, software, wallets, coins, and so forth. As I learn more about the intricacies of the technology, I’ll be getting into decentralized apps (DAPPS) and a lot more code. Eventually I would like to understand how things work “under the hood”, which should not be too difficult with 15 years of experience with web development.
So that’s my “strategy”. Learn as much as possible about blockchain and crypto. And share my adventures here at nuCreativ.
